2009 Brings 50 years of the mini.
To celebrate this the 2009 Enfield Pageant of Motoring is going mini.
Held in Enfield, North London. We want as many of you with minis as possible
to come down to the show for the weekend show off your cars and celebrate
the 50 years of this British icon.
It does not matter if you own & drive a Show winning mini or a pile of rust, if its a mini
it is something to be proud of and we want to see it at the Pageant.
This is a 3 day event from the 23rd of may to the 25th and to come along
with your mini tickets are FREE, all you need to do
is fill out and send back a registration form. (available from the tickets page)
There will be onsite camping (tents) which is also FREE, Caravans will have a charge.
During the day the pageant will be open to the public for a small fee
(this is how we can make it free for you) and there will be Classic car displays
and other things going on around the venue.
Then in the evening when the pageant is closed to the public we are planning lots
of special kinds of entertainment and appearances.
As soon as anything new is added on to the weekend it will be posted on this site
Mini Of Show
Corgi/Hornby have given us a 1 of a kind pre-production model of a 94 cooper sportspack.This model is worth between £100 - £200 and will be awarded to the best mini attending the Enfield Pageant. (pictured below)
How To Get There
The Enfield Pageant is held on Enfield Playing Fields, Great Cambridge Road (A10), Enfield.
Enfield and the A10 is Junction 25 of the M25.
For the satnav's type in the Post code: EN1 3PL This will take you to the Queen
Elizabeth Stadium, this is also where the enterance for the Playing fields are.
